Oluwatosin Adesina
Executive Director, Deal Origination.
Oluwatosin has built a distinguished career in financial markets, after a brief stint in engineering almost two decades ago. He initially rose to the position of head of field engineering at International Payment Devices Limited (a pioneering ATM technology deployment firm operating across sub-Saharan Africa). Driven by a passion for finance and numbers, Oluwatosin transitioned to a career in banking, holding key finance and treasury positions in a career that spanned over a decade. Wildly known for his quantitative skills and strategic decision-making, Oluwatosin set up fixed income securities trading desks across three of Nigeria’s top banks between 2007 and 2014. He leveraged his expertise to establish a portfolio of successful businesses in Nigeria, offering consulting and financial services. Oluwatosin currently serves as the Executive Director at Mur-Shafa Ventures and its parent company, Blueprint Proprietary Trading Limited.
Jemimah Adesina
Executive Director, Sales and Operations
Jemimah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Banking and Finance from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. With over five years of experience in corporate banking at Keystone Bank PLC, she excelled in securing high-net-worth clients and achieving significant milestones. Jemimah is the founder and Managing Director of Jetolani Bureau de Change Limited, a CBN-licensed financial institution. Additionally, she serves as Executive Director (Sales) at Mur-Shafa Limited. Known for her motivation, exceptional relationship skills, and leadership qualities, she has successfully held various key positions in her career.
Emmanuel Otene
Designation: Head, Trading and Research
Emmanuel Otene holds a degree in Physics from Kogi State University. At Okendo Synergy Limited, he excelled as Director of Operations, driving the revenue turnover within a short timeframe through effective logistics, quality control, and contract negotiations. He is certified in Data Analytics, Blockchain (Intermediate – Advanced level) and Project Management. Emmanuel is proficient in SQL, R, and Tableau. Currently, as the Head of Trading and Research at Mur-shafa Ventures, he manages crypto-assets, provides strategic investment insights, and oversees fintech development, leveraging his analytical skills and industry knowledge.
